can i buy a car dvd play from this website?pls give me some advice

Recently, i want to buy a car DVD player to my son as a birthday gift for he.so i saw website davismicro.com/products/product_1144.htm have a nice car DVD player , i see the price is low. but i am not sure whether buy nor buy not?
