Merc + BMW SUV's

What do you all think of the luxury SUV/4x4 market?

Eg - Lexus, Mercedes, BMW
Are you a fan of these type of vehicles or are they a little too "upmarket" for you?

Not keen i must say.
Too many mothers driving their kids to sport and school in these cars... I hear of alot of them running over their kids too because they cant see them.. sad

My favorite are Lexus SUV's..BMW and mercedes don't have the curves down right for me yet. They need to be more sleeker and sexier.

I'd prefer jeeps or vans for highways and level dirt roads. But when the going get's tough nothing beats H1s and land rovers. However, with h1 price tags hovering at 130,000, there's little hope I'd ever own one.
