| I have a 2006 Hummer H3 with 64,000 miles. I recently started to hear a clunking/tapping sound and the drivers side front end. It sounds and feels like it is coming from under the floor board. I can fell it in my feet. I can shut the H3 off and put it in park, then move side to side in my seat to make the H3 rock back and forth and hear the noise. I not sure if there is a mechanical problem or just some lose bolt. I looked underneath and could not see anything. Not sure it is a shock or strut or maybe the vehicle is made with two sheets of sheet medal riveted together and one of them broke underneath my feet. Any ideas or similar problems. Thanks, Ziggy |
