Clunking/Tapping sound coming from floor board

I have a 2006 Hummer H3 with 64,000 miles.

I recently started to hear a clunking/tapping sound and the drivers side front end. It sounds and feels like it is coming from under the floor board. I can fell it in my feet.

I can shut the H3 off and put it in park, then move side to side in my seat to make the H3 rock back and forth and hear the noise.

I not sure if there is a mechanical problem or just some lose bolt. I looked underneath and could not see anything.

Not sure it is a shock or strut or maybe the vehicle is made with two sheets of sheet medal riveted together and one of them broke underneath my feet.

Any ideas or similar problems.
