Problem with Oils (H2 6.0V SUV)

I'm from Poland so in start i sorry for my bad english.

I have one question for you:
I have a Hummer H2 2003 SUV, and i wanna change oil in Helping (aiding) match steering-wheel. That Denisty oil? Please help me.

For engine use 5w-20w Oil for cold months. Use 10W-40W for warm to hot months.
