Planning to own a Hummer H3

Hi guys, i would really love to own a Hummer H3 (my wife and i agreed and im happy!), but i have read and heard too many unconstructive reviews by owners and it gives me apprehensions of having to own one.

I am planning to purchase one this October or the latest in November.

Given the incentves that are available right now, I'd say do it. I got mine in August of 2006 and have put over 103,000 miles on it and haven't had a single problem. I changed break pads at 90K, change the oil regularly, and still have the original tires, which I am told have at leaset 30k left on 'em. In my opinion, it is the best truck GM has ever been associated with, and I would recommend one to anyone. Also of note, I am getting just shy of 20mpg with mostly highway driving, which for a vehicle this size is exemplary. The only downside is cargo space is seriously lacking, but tolerable for the most part, and...see my post on "Hummer Hate," but for the most part this against H2 owners... Lastly, decide how long you plan to keep it as resale value (particulary now) is very low.

Which leads me to question for you...wanna buy my H3?

The H3 is the best Anerican vehicle we've ever owned. I put a module in it and am getting nearly 23mpg combned. I bought it for my wife but I drive it whenever she lets me. We went through one winter and it performed flawlessly. I did have to get a new battery. I'm not sure where your located but stay clear of Medved in Colorado they should have their distributorship
taken from them. They are really terrible and are stealers not dealers. Good Luck

Currently sitting in my 06 H3 with 33k....no problems so far. We are pleased with our purchase so far as the vehicle has been fun for the whole family.What module upgrade did you perform?
