I have been satisfied with my H3 thus far, but after having it for 5 months I realize my family and our hobbies have outgrown it. If you look in the classifieds I have a nice H3 for sale. I tried to link it for you but don't have enough posts. Depending on the vehicle you are coming from, going to an H3 is a good choice it is a ncie vehicle. I am getting about 19 MPG's as well. With mixed driving, have touched 20+ on a long 55mph trip. |

| I have a manual tranny H3 that I purchased from Lynch Hummer in January. Shortly after I noticed a strange quirk.. Occasionally when I shift gears the engine rev's up to around 2500 RPM while the clutch is depressed. If I am coming to a stop at a light, the engine rev's up to 2500 RPM until it feels like backing off. I reported the issue to the dealer, and they immediately looked into it. I drove the 100 miles for service, and the reloaded a new program in hopes of a cure. Less than a month later, the problem returned. Lynch Hummer contacted GM once again for advice, and were told that they were not going to do anything about it due to the fact that there were not enough complaints. The service manager at Lynch drove TWO of the maual H3's off the lot, and reported similar problems to me..... So what do I do? GM seems to be snubbing their nose at me. I want to keep the H3. But I am sure to lose when I do decide to sell or trade due to the defect that I would have to pass along to the next owner..... |
