They wouldn't even do something for you?! What a bunch of jerks.

Has anyone see or read Fight Club? This reminds me of the incident in Fight Club where the automobile company will only do a recall on vehicles that randomly explode if the cost of a recall is less than the estimated costs of settling any lawsuits.

All they care about is money. They don't care if they gave you a defective product.
