The wife and I recently purchased an H3 and love it greatly. So far the only big complaint we have is this. If one of us is in the passenger seat when we try to use the On Star from that side it is somewhat difficult. I call the dealer and asked if it was possible to install a 2nd mic for the system on the passenger side and they told me I would have to contact and Audio center for this.

What do you think? Can it be done and is so why can't the dealer do it?

Is anyone else feeling the same way we do?
